Introducing the brand new mobile app now live for Android devices on the Google Play Store.
We will need to be notified in order to turn on mobile app functionality for your company. To do this, simply raise a support ticket and we'll have it activated in no time!
Link your device
Once the functionality has been activated on your company, you are free to download the app and link your device(s).
- Log in to eCompleat.
- Hover your mouse over your profile icon.
Click Manage Devices.
- Click Link device.
A QR code is displayed.
Open the app & scan the QR code.
Make sure the app has camera permissions granted.
- Once scanned, the app will notify a successful connection.
- Your device should be displayed in Manage Devices.
Well done, you have linked your device and can now use the Compleat mobile app!
To delete a device from your account:
- Go to Manage Devices.
- Find the device and click the icon to remove.
