Integrated Online Buying

Install our Integrated Online Buying buying browser extension for Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge and watch your online shopping basket transform into a requisition in Compleat, coded and ready to submit for approval.

  • Install the Integrated Online Buying extension
  • Punch out from Compleat
  • Send your online shopping basket to Compleat
  • Submit for approval

 

Install the Extension

Our Integrated Online Buying Extension is available from the Google Chrome store, and is compatible with both Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. 

If you use Microsoft Edge, open this link in Edge to get the extension from the Chrome store.

 

  1. Open the Google Chrome Store from Edge or Chrome.
  2. Search for the Integrated Online Buying extension.
  3. Click Add to Chrome/Get Extension, depending on which browser you're in.
  4. Complete the installation.

Create a New Requisition in Compleat 

  1. Log in to Compleat.
  2. Create a new requisition.
  3. Click the Punchout button.
    You're redirected to the supplier’s website.

Add Items to Your Basket 

  1. Browse the supplier website, and add the required items to your basket.

  2. Open and review your basket contents.
    Ensure all quantities and items are correct before continuing.

Open the Integrated Online Buying Extension 

  1. While viewing your basket, locate the Integrated Online Buying extension in your browser.
  2. Click the extension icon to open it.
    You are automatically redirected back to Compleat, and the basket details are transferred into your requisition.

Save and Submit for Approval 

  1. Review the requisition details in Compleat .
  2. Click Save .
  3. Submit the order for approval.
  4. Your Punchout requisition is now complete.
