So you've made a really useful dashboard, and you want your users to benefit from it?
You can give them access by defining a Dashboard Access Group. A Dashboard Access group lets you define a list of users who can access certain dashboards.
A user can belong to multiple Dashboard Access Groups.
Creating a new Dashboard Access Group
To create an access group, follow these steps.
- In Admin Home, go to Reporting, and click Dashboard Access.
- Click Add a group.
- Type a relevant name for your group and click OK.
- Click your new group from the list.

Below your list on the left is the window to add dashboards to the group.
Click Add/Change.

Available dashboards appear on the left.
Click the ones you want to include and use the arrow icons in the middle to move them to the panel on the right.
Hold down the 'Shift' key to select multiple dashboards in one go.
When you're done, click OK.

Now add the user accounts or groups you want to give access to.
Below your list on the right is the window to add dashboards to the group.
Click Add/Change.

The Users and Group profiles appear on the left.
Click the ones you want to include and use the arrow icons in the middle to move them to the panels on the right.
Hold down the Shift key to select multiple dashboards in one go.
Once you're happy with the users you have chosen, click OK.

You've created a Dashboard Access Group. The users in this group will now be able to access the group under the Dashboards tab.
